This is a Sanyu art glass vase made in 1961- signed and date-lined with an etched backstamp. The designed is a semi-translucent textured amethyst glass finish and features a cobalt reticular vein threading pattern overlay The production technique used is hand-blown glass, and the style is Art Deco. Pictures (not altered) were taken before and during sunset to show how the glass responds to lighting – paler hues to more dynamic.
