Based on my research as well as the signature on the bottom, I believe this to be a Nils Landberg Orrefors Sommerso glass vase. The signature says Orrefors, and then I think it is a NU, then 3595/1. It measures 7″ tall and 3.75″ wide at the widest part. There are no chips or cracks. There are however scratch marks on the bottom where the signature is, and a few at the very bottom part of the clear glass.
