Antique CUT GLASS VASE. American Brilliant Period approx. Made by HAWKES (signed on the bottom). Weight 3 lbs 4 oz (2.35 kg). Height: 9 (22 cm). 4.5 (11.4 cm) diameter at the largest circumference. 3.25 (8.25 cm) diameter at the top opening. 3 (7.6 cm) diameter at the bottom. This is a crystal clear and gorgeous cut glass vase with a combination cut motifs of honeycomb bands on top and bottom and floral pattern body. The vase is polished to high clarity and reflectivity. It shows signs of age in a way of scuffs mainly on the bottom and no chips/flakes, cracks, cloudiness or roughness. It would benefit from a little cleaning, especially inside. There is a Hawkes acid etched trefoil/birds mark on the bottom (see the last 3 photos). Please don’t hesitate to ask any questions.
