0.5 IN TALL 1920’S. IRIDESCENT COBALT BLUE INK SPOT. 2 HANDLE PAPILLON VASE. This is a very rare stunning early 1900’S , Hand Blown, Czech Loetz Papillon. Cobalt Blue Oil Spot Art Glass Vase. The vase has a wonderful blue aurene iridescent with 2 applied handles. It is very unusual, I’ve never see another like it. The bottom of the polished pontil is signed. Acid etched CZECHO- SLOVAKIA in an oval. It is a huge 10.5 inches tall and 6 inches at widest point. This mark dates it to the early 1900’s. Please look at the many photos, they are part of the description and describe it much better than I ever could. The piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or flakes. There is a tiny factory dimple or glaze pop. As with all antique china, there may be a factory ash dot or glaze skip, but nothing that takes away from the beauty of the piece. THIS IS A VERY RARE, BEAUTIFUL HUGE LOETZ VASE. It would make an excellent addition to your collection.
