The iridescent colours are just mesmerizing – the pulled feather design to the body of the vase is in the peacock eye fashion – a rare piece with vivid tangerine orange interior – very unusual piece – signed Vandermark 1977 0433R. Vase measures 5 3/4″ tall x 4 3/8″ diameter. Vase is in mint condition – no chips cracks scratches or repairs. Vase is etch dated on bottom (see photo). This is a BEAUTIFUL Vase! This has a great look to it and is free of any chips or cracks. The detailing is really beautiful on this piece. There may be some surface minor wear from age which is to be expected. Here we have a 1977 Joe Piasecki Iridescent Blue Multicolored Pulled Feather Art Glass Vase. It is a nice hand-made art glass vase sculpture made by glass artist Joe Piasecki. This finely crafted piece is made from an iridescent with a pull feather design. The White Feathering is accented with iridescent shades of purple, green, gold, and blue, with a Blue base of the glass. Since this piece is hand blown, there it isn’t perfectly symmetrical. One side is wider than the other. This Piece Has a rough pontil On base. Measures a little under 5.5″ H X 2.25 Top Opening Diameter X 2″ Base diameter X Widest point 2.75 Has either a defect or small flea bite on rim. Antique Signed Quezal Art Deco Tiffany Steuben Era Pulled Feather Art Glass Vase

Pleased to offer this RARE ANTIQUE SIGNED QUEZAL ART DECO TIFFANY STEUBEN ERA PULLED FEATHER ART GLASS VASE IN MINT PERFECT CONDITION!!! This vase is fully signed and numbered on the base. The Gold Aurene Iridescence is Stunning and is worthy of any of the finest Steuben or Tiffany examples. Same can be said of the Exquisite Pulled Feather design expertly executed here by Quezal in this Museum worthy example of their finest work. This wonderful cabinet vase measures about Four and a half inches tall and Six inches across. The following history of Quezal I copied from The Met Online website. Two former employees of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s glassworks, Martin Bach and Thomas Johnson, founded the Quezal firm and named it after the brightly feathered Central American quetzal bird. Using the same method of manufacture practiced at the Tiffany factory, the company made artistic ware with pulled and applied decoration of lustrous iridescence.
