Beautiful hand blown flared glass vase with applied frosted leaves. The vase is clear at the bottom and graduates to a rich blue. The vase is 10.25 tall. It is 6 across at the widest area of the rim. It is signed 2005 William Glasner. There is a small group of scratches above a leaf shown in photo #19. There is an area which has light (almost whitish) blurred marks/rubs shown in photo #20. There is a line near the rim and a small bubble behind a leaf shown in the last two photos.

Thick, heavy (15 1/2 lbs), cased glass vase with gold & I believe copper throughout. Black lines with a touch of blue. Random areas of gold leaf. Angled cut top opening. This massive vase rests comfortably on a 3 1/4 diameter base. Please see photographs as they are part of the description. Tim, with more than 20 years of experience working with glass, has an amazing technique and knowledge of the fugitive nature of hot glass. The process he has developed uses layers of glass, glass powders and precious metals which are fused onto the glass surface to achieve a lustrous, iridescent, opalescent, opaque or transparent piece.
