Offering a rare and stunning Sterling Cut Glass Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, 14 tall ABP intaglio cut vase. Signed and numbered on the base with Sterling’s etched mark and “0279”. Sterling Cut Glass was founded in 1902 atop Mt. Adams’ “Art Hill” in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sterling artisans specialized in the intricate hand cutting and polishing of the “Brilliant” period of American crystal. They used Dorflinger and Pairpoint blanks. Excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs. Moderate shelf wear on the base. Light hazing on interior base. Please see photographs as they are part of the description. Please see images and condition description. Please keep in mind when. Incredibly rare and large, authentically signed Loetz Austria glass vase with. 999 fine silver overlay by Alvin Silver Co. This beauty is fresh to the market and is in the Candia Silberiris pattern with hues of gold, blues, greens, reds, pinks etc iridescent colors like oil on water. It has 4 organic pulled freeform handles. It is a large 12 tall with decorated sterling silver overlay and from top to bottom as you can see. It is hallmarked with the Alvin Co mark and. 999 /1000 Fine Patented. Just an amazing piece, I have had a couple signed Loetz vases over my 22 years as a dealer, but this one is the best and the largest. Condition: it has some wear but no cracks, repairs, some staining inside as you can see and have not tried to remove it. The long neck and small hole would deter me from putting water in it but perhaps someone did at some point. Some normal pitting /pops on the surface of the glass as you can see. I really don’t think you will be disappointed. I’d be happy to keep this in my collection. You can see the authentic Loetz Austria signature on the polished pontil. Items I sell are not new. LOETZ Papillon Glass Vase with Sterling Silver Meriden Britannia Co Stand c. 1900’s

Welcome To The Antique Cabinet. For your consideration is a beautiful. LOETZ Crete Papillon Vase with a sterling silver Meriden Britannia Company mount or stand, circa early 1900s. A well-documented décor, the glass has great color with a soft iridescent glow. The vase which is removable from the stand has a tapered, cigar shaped body, finished with a wavy top rim and a neatly polished pontil on the bottom side. It is further enhanced with a lovely sterling silver stand produced by the Meriden Britannia Company which is decorated with a pierced floral and whiplash design, the stand is marked on bottom. 9½ tall (vase in stand) by 5 at widest (bottom of stand). Sterling stand weighs approx. The glass is in Excellent condition free of any chips, cracks or repairs and very lite wear. There are no monograms and we have not polished the silver.
