This beautiful dichroic glass free form vase Artist Proof perfume bottle by Robert Eickholt. The bottle is in excellent condition. Could be used as a bud vase. It has beautiful raised striations (see different angles photos). I have collected Robert’s work for nearly 40 years. I do not recall seeing a vase in this style for sale. I also have 2 perfume bottles in my collection of the same work which I have not seen again either. It is not signed by Eickholt as his it is an Artist proof. Tall by 2.75 wide. This piece is fromthe early 80s. A good friend, Mrs. S locally in SouthMiami. She and Robert hadbecome good friends over the years. He would visit herquite often during the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, this was an artist proof he had made. You can see on thebottom where the blowpipe did not break off cleanly, he was notsatisfied with it and he would not sell those pieces.
